We continue to monitor the ever-changing situation with the county recorders offices and will keep you updated if anything changes that could impact your transaction. On that note; several recorders offices have indicated that while they remain open, they cannot guarantee same day recordings, and as escrow providers we cannot release funds until the transaction is recorded. As always, we will continue to be in communication with you throughout the closing process and update you every step of the way.
